With decades of experience in healthcare administration and graduate medical education (GME), we specialize in building structure where it’s needed mostly helping organizations navigate complexity, accreditation requirements, and operational growth without adding permanent overhead.

Our work spans administrative operations, medical staff services, and medical education, supporting both ACGME-accredited and non-ACGME programs (including EUFAC, ARC-PA and institution-specific fellowships). All services are delivered 100% virtually and offered through project-based engagements or flexible hourly packages, allowing clients to scale support as needed.

Annette Martinez-Lievanos

Founder | Owner | Academic Medicine & GME Consultant

Annette Martinez-Lievanos is an accomplished academic medicine administrator, graduate medical education (GME) program builder, and trusted advisor to physician and executive leaders. With a career in GME that began in 1986, Annette and her team bring nearly four decades of institutional knowledge, operational expertise, and practical leadership to every engagement.

Annette and her team are widely recognized for their servant leadership style, supporting teams through clarity, accountability, and thoughtfully designed systems that enable people to do their best work. Their approach blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution ensuring that programs are not only compliant, but functional, sustainable, and aligned with organizational goals.

Annette currently serves as Medical Education Program Manager with Riverside University Health System (RUHS) | VITUITY, where she partners closely with executive leadership, physician faculty, and program teams to drive:

  • Graduate medical education program development

  • Policy and curriculum creation

  • Operational and accreditation readiness

  • Grant development and oversight

PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT and ACCREDITATION EXPERIENCE

Annette and her team have led and supported ACGME, EUFAC and ARC-PA application development and accreditation documentation for multiple programs, including:

  • Emergency Medicine Residency Program -

  • Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Fellowship: Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC)Accreditation by ACGME received

  • Emergency Medicine Advanced Provider (EMAP) Fellowship: Riverside University Health System (RUHS)Accreditation by ARC-PA received. NOTE: First EM Program to receive ARC-PA accreditation in the State of California)

  • Plastic Surgery Residency: Riverside University Health System (RUHS) Accreditation by ACGME received)

  • Advanced Emergency Medicine Ultrasound Fellowship (Initial accreditation approval received)

Their work includes development of mission and aims, goals and objectives, required policies, evaluation systems, and supporting documentation aligned with required standards.

FUNDING and OPERATIONAL IMPACT

Annette has supported high-impact funding efforts, including CMF grant submissions and has a proven track record of identifying operational inefficiencies and revenue gaps. During her tenure at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) | VITUITY (2005–2022), she served as Administrative Office Administrator | Senior Practice Administrator and Founding Emergency Medicine Residency Coordinator, building durable educational programs and operational infrastructure.
